The successful sale of products or services is key to any business organisation since the revenue generated will have a direct impact on profitability. The growth of e-commerce, the ease of access to data and information coupled with increased globalisation, means an organisation needs to have greater management control of the sales process to enhance customer loyalty and retention and maintain the reputation of their brand.

How is excellent customer service linked to business success? In this unit you will learn that attracting new customers costs a business more than keeping existing customers, So it is important to keep existing customers happy. You can do this by building relationships with internal and external customers and giving them excellent service that exceeds their needs and expectations.
When working in a customer service role you need to understand the procedures to follow when dealing with customer requests and complaints. This unit will help you develop communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, and to understand the importance of having good product or service knowledge. You will explore how a business builds effective relationships with customers through identifying and confirming the customer’s needs. You will examine how businesses monitor and evaluate their level of customer service provision through obtaining feedback and see how this helps inform improvements to the level of service provided.

Key-Accountmanagement (Vocational)

De accountmanager verkoopt producten of diensten aan andere bedrijven B2B. De accountmanager is thuis binnen het vakgebied van sales en marketing. De accountmanager weet een goede klantrelatie op te bouwen als onderdeel van de sales cycle: verkoopgesprekken voeren, offertes uitbrengen, onderhandelen, leveren! De accountmanager werkt nauw samen met de marketeers om zo mooie verkoopresultaten te realiseren. De accountmanager is in staat planmatig een key Account goed te bedienen.

E-commerce is het kopen en verkopen van goederen of diensten via het internet, variërend van webshops tot digitale marktplaatsen. Het omvat transacties via computers, smartphones en digitale assistenten, met als kernactiviteiten online betalingen en verzending. Zie jij commerciële kansen en wil je met e-commerce aan de gang?

Een e-commerce manager is sales driven en commercieel. De e-commerce manager wilt online inhoud geven aan allerlei marketing gerelateerde zaken en deze op een goed technisch platform realiseren en presenteren. Dit alles moet dan wel leiden tot en webwinkel of website die zorgt voor omzet en winst.

As globalisation of business continues the world is becoming smaller, this means developing complex opportunities and risks for business operations as organisations expand and transform in this dynamic environment. Understanding business from a global perspective is about being open to new ideas, issues and solutions, and opening business up to new opportunities and growth.
The aim of this unit is to explore the wider position that some organisations have in the global environment. Students will gain an appreciation of the complexities of operating in a global environment, enabling them insight in to an organisation’s current or aspirational global presence.
On successful completion of this unit, students will understand the wider global environment in which organisations operate. This enables students to add value to an organisation as they will be able to apply their knowledge in such a way that they could advise senior managers (in large and small organisations) on global matters that they might not have otherwise considered.

Ondernemer MKB (Vocational)

Altijd al de droom gehad om voor jezelf te beginnen? Elk jaar starten maar liefst zo´n 35.000 mensen een eigen bedrijf als ondernemer en/of zzp-er. Keer op keer blijkt dat ondernemers die over de juiste knowhow beschikken een grotere kans van slagen hebben.

Het begint met een goed idee. Maar ga niet blind aan de gang. Schrijf eerst een goed ondernemingsplan. Het schrijven van een plan helpt je om op gestructureerde wijze je idee verder uit te werken.

Managing a Small Business (Bachelors')

Every year new start-up businesses begin trading, but only two-thirds will survive into their third year of trading and just half will remain after five years. For most businesses, it is not a lack of customers or poor-quality products or services that are responsible for their failure but simply a lack of cash and business acumen. It is important to have a basic knowledge of managing a business and an overall understanding of the services offered to customers in order to survive.
This unit will give students a practical understanding of the key aspects of running a small business or social enterprise. Students will learn about the activities involved in running a small business, including developing good relationships with customers, planning and allocating operational resources, forecasting and budgeting, interpreting financial statements, being an employer, dealing with legislation and regulation, and how to put a business plan together.
Students will develop an understanding of how all the different aspects of running a business interrelate so as to achieve success and develop an appreciation of the benefits and importance of organisation and planning.

International Business (Vocational)

Zie jij commerciële kansen zowel Internationaal als lokaal? Doe je niets liever dan in te spelen op die kansen als zelfstandig ondernemer of ondernemer binnen een bedrijf (intrapreneur)? Is Nederland te klein voor jou?

De (assistent-)manager international business werkt in alle branches van de internationale handel: groothandel, productiebedrijven en dienstverlening. Hij werkt als binnen- en/of buitendienstmedewerker. Hij heeft een groot aanpassingsvermogen, is flexibel en heeft durf om zich in een internationale context te bewegen. Hij gaat om met diverse culturen en heeft voldoende talenkennis om zijn taken uit te voeren. Project Management (Vocational)

Wanneer een klus gedaan moet worden buiten de reguliere werkzaamheden, vraagt dit een projectmatige aanpak. Of het nu gaat om het doorvoeren van veranderingen, het aanpassen of bouwen van systemen, een marktbenadering met een nieuwe dienst of een nieuw product; de kans op succes is het grootst bij een projectmatige benadering van deze uitdaging. Wil jij je bekwamen in projectmanagement?

In elke organisatie gaan met enige regelmaat nieuwe projecten van start. Of een project succesvol de eindstreep haalt, is van veel factoren afhankelijk. Een goede projectleider is ‘key’. Principles of Management (Vocational)

Are you interested in the principles of management? Here we refere to the activities “plan, organize, and control the operations of the basic elements of people, materials, machines, methods, money and markets, providing direction and coordination, and giving leadership to human efforts, so as to achieve the sought objectives of the organisation”.

The Team Manager helps groups of employees work better together by setting common goals and offering support and strategies to reach goals. Managers may delegate tasks to group members, set mini check points, and more to keep the team on track and moving forward.

Managers are vital to the running of any business; they shape and influence business
through their leadership and managerial performance.

As a team leader you have to get people on board. Often also people outside your own team. This requires completely different knowledge and skills.

In this unit, you will examine how businesses adapt their approaches to management in response to challenges in the internal and external business environment. You will gain an understanding of how the implementation of different leadership styles and theories can impact on the workplace. Depending on their roles and responsibilities, managers need to develop skill sets that enable them to work effectively in areas such as the management and motivation of people, financial resources, quality management, and the management of change. You will investigate some of the issues that managers and leaders have to deal with in the workplace in making businesses more efficient and ensuring their survival and growth.

Organisational Behaviour (Bachelors')

Organisational behaviour is concerned with understanding, explaining and predicting the behaviour of individuals in the workplace and can assist in the development of practical solutions to organisational and managerial problems. Individuals, whether acting in isolation or collectively as part of a group, engage in actions and behaviours that can have a positive or negative impact on organisational performance and the achievement of strategic goals. It is therefore essential that those who are involved in managing and leading people in organisations acquire insight and expertise in organisational behaviour.
The aim of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of how organisational behaviour concepts, theories and techniques can be applied in work and management settings to enhance individual, team and organisational performance.
Students will be able to apply this knowledge in a variety of business situations.
They will appreciate how effective application of organisational behaviour principles can be used to explain why people behave and act in particular ways and to predict how employees will respond to certain demands. The unit also develops student understanding of the influence of culture and of the operation of power and politics in organisations, and how these variables influence the actions and behaviour of people in an organisational context.
On successful completion of this unit, students will have developed a range of transferable skills and knowledge. Managing and Leading Change (Bachelors')

‘Change is the only constant in life’ (Heraclitus, 500 BCE). Whatever industry and whatever position you are employed in, there is always change. As such, businesses need to adapt and change with the changing business environment.
Organisations are seeing change at a more rapid speed than ever before. Technology is playing a big part in this increased pace of change. Change leaders are evident in all business sectors and in a variety of roles in an organisation.
In business, change is all around, in all areas of an organisation, from minor process changes to large-scale structural change. The aim of this unit is for students to understand the different types and scope of change that may occur in an organisation. The unit will aim to illustrate the drivers and triggers for change and how they vary and affect organisations in different ways, including the degree of impact and management’s response to change. Students will gain an appreciation of how the depth of change can influence organisational behaviour, both during and after the change.
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to apply a range of change management concepts, including diagnosing driving and resisting forces, planning for change and dealing with change in organisational settings. This unit supports individuals who are working in or towards managerial roles in all market sectors to develop and enhance strategic thinking and planning that will improve organisational performances of businesses in their respective competitive markets. General manager skills and competences are focused on through a range of themes and topics that can be applied in most contexts.
The aim of this unit is to develop students’ awareness of the different types of strategic approaches that could be used in an operational, tactical or strategic role for an organisation. This will be underpinned by a thorough knowledge and understanding of the theories, models and concepts that could significantly support an organisation’s strategic choice and direction.
On successful completion of this unit, students will have developed sufficient knowledge and understanding of strategy to make a positive, efficient and effective contribution to the development of business plans and operational direction. They could do this in the role of a junior manager responsible for having a specific input into an organisation’s decision making and planning.

Principles of Operations (Bachelors')

Operations management is everywhere, in every organisation, in every service experienced and in every product consumed. Operations management is the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible in an organisation. It is concerned with converting materials and labour into goods and services as efficiently as possible to maximise profits.
The aim of this unit is to introduce students to the role of operations in an organisation, how the nature of operations management has evolved and how it contributes to sustained competitive advantage. Students will understand the key concepts of operations management in an organisational and environmental context, and how this links to supply chain management, products and processes,
organisational efficiency and effectiveness, and the achievement of tactical and strategic objectives. A variety of operations management techniques and frameworks will be explored, including continuous improvement, total quality management, benchmarking and risk analysis.
By the end of this unit students will have an appreciation of the dimensions of operations management and its central role for organisations across a wide range of sectors. Students will also have the knowledge and skills required to progress to higher levels of study or employment in positions in operations, logistics and supply.

Running a Research project (Vocational)

Research skills are as vital for the workplace as they are for academic development.
Research skills enable students to identify a problem, collect informational resources that can help address the problem, evaluate the resources for quality and relevance, and come up with an effective solution to the problem. These are seen as essential skills by employers for most positions in industry, to support a range of duties, for example report writing, building a business case, business planning, launching a new product or service.

The aim of this unit is to offer students the opportunity to engage in sustained research in a specific field of study. The unit enables students to demonstrate the capacity and ability to identify a research theme, to develop a research aim and objectives and to present the outcomes of such research in both written and verbal formats. The unit also encourages students to reflect on their engagement in the research process, during which recommendations for future, personal development are key learning points.

Want to make your marketing campaigns even better? Do you want to position the products or services even more specifically? Do you want to determine your campaign goal and target group even more clearly through research? Do you want to lay the foundations in the field of online marketing or deepen and broaden?

A business organisation may have an outstanding existing or planned product or service to offer prospective customers, but if those customers do not know about it, they cannot buy it. So a business organisation must make sure it understands the needs of its prospective customers and then enable them to find out about the product or service and how it will benefit them. A careful marketing campaign will help the organisation to achieve this.
In this unit, you will learn how a marketing campaign is planned and developed. You will explore a range of different objectives that can be included in a marketing campaign such as increasing sales or market share, or establishing a brand image, and explore the various stages of the process an organisation goes through when developing its campaign. Vind jij het belangrijk om een bijdrage te leveren aan het goed uitvoeren van de wet- en regelgeving rondom de sociale zekerheid? Sociale zekerheid is een publiek stelsel dat bedoeld is om inkomen en/of verzorging te garanderen voor natuurlijke personen of gezinnen (of andere samenlevingsvormen) die, tijdelijk of blijvend, niet (langer) in staat worden geacht om zelf in (voldoende) inkomen en/of verzorging te voorzien. De opleiding Inleiding bestuurskunde is interessant voor iedereen die in de praktijk of uit interesse met het openbaar bestuur te maken heeft. De afgelopen jaren is er veel veranderd is het openbaar bestuur. Grote beleidsopgaven (bijvoorbeeld energie en klimaat) en uiteenlopende crises (bijvoorbeeld de coronacrisis) vragen veel van het openbaar bestuur. Uitzenden Detacheren (Vocational)

Tijdens deze opleiding maak je kennis met vele aspecten binnen het vakgebied Intercedent oftewel werken binnen de uitzendbranche.

De intercedent is werkzaam in de uitzendbranche of een verwante branche die zich met arbeidsbemiddeling bezighoudt (wervings- en selectiebureaus, re-integratiebedrijven etc.). Wanneer er wordt gesproken over ‘uitzenden’, kan dit ook betrekking hebben op een andere vorm van arbeidsbemiddeling / flexwerk, zoals detachering werving en selectie, detachering en payroll. Het uitzendbureau waar de intercedent werkzaam is, kan variëren van een bureau dat is aangesloten bij een grote (internationale) keten van uitzendbureaus met vele vestigingen, tot een klein, specialistisch uitzendbureau met slechts één vestiging. De intercedent is commercieel gedreven, klantgericht, representatief, pro-actief, initiatiefrijk, extravert, ondernemend, daadkrachtig, oplossingsgericht en heeft inlevingsvermogen. Hij is communicatief en sociaal vaardig. Hij gaat correct om met vertrouwelijke informatie en is zorgvuldig. De assistent-makelaar werkt voornamelijk in loondienst op een makelaarskantoor. De Assistent-Makelaar ondersteunt de gecertificeerd makelaar bij de aan- en verkoop van vastgoed zoals woningen of bedrijfsmatig vastgoed, maar helpt ook mee bij de huur en verhuur van vastgoed, het uitvoeren van promotieactiviteiten, het verrichten van ondersteunende werkzaamheden bij taxaties, het beheren van het relatiebestand.

De A-RMT opleiding (assistent makelaar) bestaat uit twee onderdelen

Door deze Professional course  te volgen, zet je de volgende stap in je carrière. Erkend makelaar worden! Je eigen makelaarspraktijk opbouwen of juist tezamen met andere makelaars de dienstverlening in de markt zetten. Wij bieden de opleiding aan als dagopleiding. Je kunt de opleiding in 1 jaar afronden. Deze opleiding sluit aan bij de nieuwe examen-eisen en is zo beter afgestemd op de dagelijkse praktijk van de makelaar.

Als makelaar Wonen begeleid je opdrachtgevers bij de koop, verkoop, verhuur of het huren van een huis. De aankoopmakelaar kan op zoek gaan naar geschikte woonruimte en de aankoop begeleiden. Een andere taak die eveneens door een makelaar vervuld kan worden is die van adviseur voor de gemeente en woningbouwvereniging. De makelaar is bevoegd om advies te geven omtrent nieuwbouw, renovatie, onteigening en verbouwing.

Basiskennis Boekhouden en Calculaties BKB+BKC (Financieel Assistent) (Vocational)

De beste voorbereiding op de opleiding Praktijkdiploma Boekhoude PDB is de opleiding Financieel Assistent (Basiskennis Boekhouden BKB en Basiskennis Calculaties BKC). Bij Kronenburgh zijn de modules BKB en BKC ook gepland voorafgaand aan de PDB modules. Het succes op het behalen van het PDB diploma wordt duidelijk vergroot door toch eerst BKB en BKC te doen. Met BKB en BKC wordt de noodzakelijke basis gelegd.

Met de opleiding Basiskennis Boekhouden en Calculaties BKB BKC (Financieel Assistent) leg je een stevige basis om goed te functioneren binnen een administratiekantoor of een financiële afdeling van een organisatie. Praktijkdiploma Boekhouden PDB (Vocational)

Heb je wat met getallen en kun je heel precies werken? Dé opleiding om een goede basis te leggen en goed te kunnen functioneren binnen een financiële afdeling van een bedrijf of bij een administratiekantoor is het Praktijkdiploma Boekhouden PDB. Heb je nog weinig ervaring met de financieel administratieve werkzaamheden; doe dan eerst de opleiding Financieel Assistent BKB BKC. De modules BKB en BKC hebben wij steeds voorafgaande aan de PDB modules geprogrammeerd. Je kunt je dus voor beide opleidingen tegelijk opgeven.

De financieel administrateur werkt bij bedrijven, instellingen, accountants- en administratiekantoren. De financieel administrateur moet over voldoende kennis beschikken van boekhouden, belastingen, andere relevante regelgeving en procedures. De administrateur moet fouten en afwijkingen kunnen herkennen en daarvoor beschikken over voldoende cijfermatig inzicht. De administrateur dient te begrijpen welke onzichtbare stappen er in het boekhoudkundige systeem plaatsvinden, wanneer mutaties worden doorgevoerd.

Basiskennis Boekhouden BKB / Elementair boekhouden
Geschikt voor iedereen die een goede basiskennis wil opdoen voor het voeren van een boekhouding van een kleine organisatie? Of wanneer je voor jezelf gaat beginnen en je je eigen boekhouding wil doen? Wellicht besteed je de boekhouding uit, maar wil je grip op de zaak houden? Enkele onderwerpen: eigen vermogen journaalposten, kolommenbalans, voorraadboek grootboekrekening en facturen. Met BKB doe je de voorwaardelijke kennis op voor de module PDB Bedrijfsadministratie.

Basiskennis Calculaties BKC

PDB Bedrijfsadministratie BA
Met de succesvolle afronding van de module Bedrijfsadministratie kun je verschillende berekeningen maken ten behoeve van de financiële administratie van een handels- of dienstverlenende onderneming. Je kunt overzichten samenstellen zoals een grootboekrekening of een kolommenbalans. Daarnaast beschik je over de kennis van de belangrijkste theorie en begrippen.

PDB Kostencalculatie KC
Hoe staat het bedrijfsresultaat ervoor? Wat is de kostprijs en hoe verhoudt zich dit tot de verkoopprijs? Met het Associatiecertificaat Kostprijscalculatie niveau 4 op zak, geeft je moeiteloos antwoord op deze vraag. Je weet hoe u kostprijs- en verkoopprijsberekeningen maakt en hoe je het resultaat van productie en verkoop berekent. Je hebt inzicht in resultaten en presentatiemethoden.

PDB Financiering F
Na de afronding van deze module beschikt u over de belangrijkste theorie met betrekking tot financiering. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de termen agio, aandelen en verschillende ondernemingsvormen. Je kunt berekeningen maken ten behoeve van de periodeafsluiting en kengetallen berekenen.
